Itinerary
Your knowledgeable tour guide will pick you up in a modern air-conditioned vehicle from your hotel in Cairo and drive to St. Catherine's Monastery. The journey will take approximately 10-11 hours, as we will be traveling via Sharm el-Sheikh Road. Check into your hotel in St. Catherine's and relax for the evening.
In the early morning at 2:00 AM, you will be picked up from your hotel and transferred to Mount Sinai. You will be accompanied by an experienced Bedouin guide who will lead you on the ascent of the sacred mountain.
After reaching the summit and descending at around 7:00 AM, you will be guided on a tour of St. Catherine's Monastery, one of the most famous monasteries in the world. The monastery is dedicated to Saint Catherine, a Christian martyr who was tortured to death for her faith. After the tour, you will have breakfast at your hotel before driving back to Cairo.
